TOUCH OF BROWS

• Client must be 18 years or older (Must provide ID)

 

• Each client's skin anatomy, skin type, bone structure, condition, lifestyle, health, age, metabolism, etc. plays a role on the varying healed results. NO guarantees will be made, and additional sessions (please refer to our touchup sessions) may be required to obtain optimal results. Although we strive to give our best efforts to provide you with the best quality service, many factors may result in a less than desired outcome as each client heals differently. Please refer to our Pre-Care page to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you and whether or not the Before and Aftercare directions are a good fit for your lifestyle.

• Touchups are highly recommended to ensure optimal results. Touchup pricings are for existing Touch of Brows clients. Please email us at Annie@touchofbrows if you have previous work done by other artists prior to booking.

• This is a "low maintenance" treatment that may require clients to apply pencil/powder/ makeup to eyebrows area over time. Please note poor retention, blurring, and/or fading may still occur. Annual touchups are recommended to ensure desired results.

​

• Upon scheduling, $100 deposit is required to reserve and confirm your appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the procedure fee on the day of your scheduled appointment. Balance is due the day and before your procedure via cash or credit card.

• All appointments are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE.

​

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that which could force you to postpone/reschedule your appointment. Please understand such changes affect not only your artist but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we require a mandatory of 3 days notice (72 hours) or the deposit  becomes non-refundable and an additional deposit will be required to confirm a new appointment. Please plan accordingly during traffic at peak times and parking. Only 1 rescheduling is allowed.

• Any NO SHOW without given notice will be charged 50% of the service and will be required to pay in full the value of the appointment prior to scheduling future new appointments.

• To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, a late arrival fee of $50 will be applied, even if we are able to accept your appointment. This may also result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit.

​

• All pricings and policies are subject to change without notice at any given time.

​

• Once you have finalized your decision with the eyebrow method, shape, and color, we are not liable for any changes or adjustments. Additional charges will apply to any additional changes. If we feel you are not ready and cannot reach a reasonable decision about your eyebrows, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your payment amount will be forfeited. Please feel free to do your research prior to booking to be confident in your decision in going forth with the permanent application.

• If you arrive with any problematic skin around the procedure areas (pimples, blemishes, skin irritations, sunburn) and/or any contraindications, your deposit will be forfeited as we cannot proceed with the treatment.

• Client's with any serious condition must reach out to the salon prior to booking. Clients will need a doctor's note indicating the condition and clearance for artists to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. Touch of Brows will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during and after your session.

​

• As we are a body art establishment, there will be no kids, pets, or guests allowed.

​

• We reserve the right to refuse any service at any given time.
