Terms and Conditions

Our team here at Touch of Brows value each and every client's time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen and sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. We request a minimum of 3 days notice for any reschedule and any cancellations. When appointments are rescheduled or canceled without given notice, our technician misses the opportunity to fill the allocated appointment and clients on our waitlist misses the opportunity to receive the services they need. Therefore, any deposits or payments will be non-refundable and non-transferable. We thank you in advance for choosing us as your service provider.

  • I authorize this full payment to Touch of Brows LLC

  • If I have had previous work done, I confirm that I have reached out to Touch of Brows for assessment and approval. I will forfeit my deposit fee if my appointment is canceled if I fail to get approval prior to booking this appointment. I will also agree to pay in full prior to booking a new appointment.

  • I have thoroughly read all policies, terms and conditions.

  • if I DO NOT show up to my appointment without any given notice, I give TOUCH OF BROWS the authorization to charge 50% service fee with my credit card on file.

  • VALID STATE ID REQUIRED at appointment
